SciTech Software Inc. Responds to Increased Customer Demand for Industrial Systems Solutions with Announcement of New SciTech SNAP Graphics IES product line

Chico, CA. July 18, 2003. SciTech Software, Inc. today announced that it has completed development of SciTech SNAP Graphics IES (Industrial, Embedded Solution), and will release a public version of the product in mid-August. SciTech SNAP Graphics IES is a refocused version of the full enterprise edition of SciTech SNAP and was developed in response to increased demand for a customizable, robust Industrial graphics driver solution. The introduction of SciTech SNAP Graphics IES, will provide developers in the fast growing industrial embedded markets with a true “COTS” solution for graphic device support with the flexibility that SciTech products are known for. The initial release of SciTech SNAP Graphics IES will support Qt Embedded, Embedded Linux (running X11 or Qt), SciTech MGL, DOS and OS/2 on the x86 platform. Future releases will include support for the PPC and additional Industrial embedded OS’es.
