Mr. Bloo is the Chief Executive Officer of
SciTech Software Inc. Born In Chico California,
he received his degree in Information and Communication
Studies with an Option in Visual Communications from California
State University Chico. Mr. Bloo brings a proven track
record of success and more than twelve years of software
development, design, and management experience to SciTech
Software Inc.
Before returning to Chico in 2001, and joining SciTech Software Inc. Mr.
Bloo held Senior Consultant positions at both The 4th Revolution and TMSOnline
in Sacramento, where he provided guidance and marketing strategy to top
tier clients. Prior to that, Mr. Bloo worked for WinWay Corporation in
a Senior Management position, where he helped catapult WinWay to the top
position in its market. Mr. Bloo also worked for Key Technogies, Inc. an
Industrial food processing equipment company and was responsible for developing
and deploying the companies’ first online sales and marketing tools.
In 1999 Mr. Bloo was
recognized by the SIIA for best retail software package
in the Business/Home Productivity and Programming
category.
In 2002 Mr. Bloo was named to
SciTech's Board of Directors and serves as the Corporate
Secretary.
In 2005 Mr. Bloo joined the City
of Chico's Mayor's Business Advisory Panel - a panel
of distinguished local business leaders whom are
working with City officials to provide an improved,
future looking business climate within the city of
Chico
In 2006 Mr. Bloo was named CEO.
Currently Andrew lives in Chico and spends his time
away from the office enjoying the local lakes, mountains,
and consulting
for various start-ups.
KENDALL
BENNETT - CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Kendall Bennett brings a lifetime of experience
developing highly unique and powerful device driver solutions
to SciTech. As the founder of SciTech Software, Kendall also
brings a powerful understanding of the company's core values
and its technological potential.
Prior to taking on the role of CEO Mr. Bennett ran the R&D
group at SciTech Software while also serving on the VESA
Software Standards Committee, where he helped refine the
popular VBE/Core 2.0 specification. He also developed and
edited the latest VBE/Core 3.0 specification, which is now
a part of the Microsoft PC ’99 guidelines. For the past
decade Kendall has provided the vision and knowledge required
to pioneer the first ever universal display driver which
led to the creation of SciTechs latest product development,
SciTech SNAP technology.
Mr. Bennett has been published in programming magazines such
as, Dr. Dobb’s Journal and Game Developer Magazine for
articles on developing interactive graphics application software.
When not in the office you can usually find Kendall racing
one of his many RC cars at the local tracks.

Dave Milici brings a wealth of expertise to SciTech Software
with over a 20 years of hardware and software engineering
experience. Prior to joining SciTech full time Mr. Milici
was a driving force in the creation of Stereo support in
SciTech GLDirect. Mr. Milici posses an expert knowledge of
device driver programming, and stereo imaging technologies,
as well as 3D graphics technologies. Mr. Milici was responsible
for providing the engineering leadership required to port
SciTech SNAP Graphics for use in embedded markets and continues
to provide the expertise required to mange SciTech SNAPs
adoption in embedded markets.

CONTROL MANAGER
With more than six years of customer service,
QA, and management experience in SciTech’s labs alone, Steve has the knowledge
(and personality;) required to ensure that SciTech’s
solutions function as expected prior to being stamped as
SciTech SNAP "Certified".
In short we don’t call it certified until Steve calls
it "SNAP Certified".
